"We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than The Chimney House and The Mowbray. From the very beginning, the team were incredibly supportive, making the entire process feel seamless and as stress-free as planning a wedding can be! No request ever felt like too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right.

Our day was filled with so much love and joy, and all of our guests commented on what a beautiful and special atmosphere the venues created. The food was an absolute highlight - honestly the biggest hit of the day! People are still talking about how amazing it was!
What really stood out to us was the care and attention from the staff. Every member of the team made sure everything ran smoothly, and their warmth and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed by our guests. An absolute dream team! We’re so grateful for everything they did to make our day unforgettable."

Mowbray made focaccia & roasted garlic aioli (v, g)

House cured sea trout with horseradish creme fraiche, pickled fennel & capers 

Smoked beetroots with white bean & almond dip (v, ve, g)

The Mowbray Porchetta - Yorkshire raised pork belly rolled around the tenderloin - seasoned with lemon, toasted fennel, rosemary & garlic. With marsala cream sauce and salsa verde.

For our Vegetarian guests -  pan fried potato gnocchi with sage butter, capers and Spenwood cheese (v, g)

Charred hispi cabbage, smashed tomato dressing & toasted seeds (v, ve)

 Roasted potatoes with creme fraiche & chives (v)
