Our absolute favourite time of the year! 

We LOVE Christmas; the frosty mornings, the cosy fires in our woodburning stoves, dreaming up the decorations, the easily available excuses for multiple mugs of mulled wine, the smell of festive feasts and the fact everyone gets together to celebrate. HURRAH FOR FESTIVITIES! 

We don't just celebrate the festive season with lots of Christmas parties, we have baby showers, birthday parties, thousands of meeting room guests AND gorgeous winter weddings!

This year's Christmas menus have proved our most popular ever - and how could they not? What's your fave? Take your pick; melt-in-your-mouth slow roast heritage Angus beef with star anise, red wine and thyme, or tender roast turkey with a Sheffield pork and sage stuffing, served with bread sauce, rich wine gravy and chipolata sausages, we've got Christmas pies - tender turkey, Sheffield sausage, leek - crispy in the most perfect places, there's glazed sprouts with caramelised red onions, or rich and indulgent mushroom, leek and chestnut pie. For pudding we'll treat you to salted caramel chocolate pecan tart, home made profiteroles filled with clementine cream and hot chocolate sauce or the classic deluxe traditional steamed Christmas pudding with custard and brandy butter. Fabulous food for you to share with your nearest and dearest while you marvel at our 10ft tree, under our sparkling starry beams, lit by countless candles.

We take inspiration in our decorations from those beautifully clear starry winter nights, when the air is crisp and clear, your nose and fingers are frosty, but you tuck yourself up warm in the most cosy glow for the evening. We hope you'll love them as much as we do!
