Yoga Brunch was Amazing!Posted 14th March, 2016
We had our first ever Yoga Brunch on the gloriously sunny spring morning of Saturday 12th March!
A beautiful morning casting light and positivity into our room. We enjoyed a 75 minute yoga practise with Lydia Ainscough, then wandered barefoot into our newly opened 'Living Room' for a Chimney House brunch and Laundry fresh cold press juices...
We tucked into coconut yoghurt chia pudding with raspberries and blueberries, fresh boiled free range eggs, perfectly sliced avocados, the freshest breads and cakes from Seven Hills Bakery, sticky tomatoes roast on the vine, dates, almonds, cold press coconut oils, almond butters, an absolutely endless feast!
Brunch was washed down with Laundry's incredible cold press juices which are made using cold pressure which helps protect the natural flavour and nutrients of the vegetables and fruits. We tucked in to their punchy cleansing Green Juice of the greatest greens including celery, kale, cucumber, apple and lime, a sweet earthy Root Juice of beetroot, carrot, turmeric root, cucumber, apple and ginger root, and their zingy Citrus Juice with fresh watermelon, orange and pineapple. YUM!
One guest said 'I feel like I'm on a spa retreat... What a perfect start to the weekend!'
Thanks so much to everyone who joined us... we have another date lined up for Saturday 23rd April, you can grab your ticket here - be quick though - they're almost gone already!
