We're thrilled to announce on Sunday 24th September we'll be hosting a brunch with CAST; unwind in the super-luxe candlelit surroundings of The Chimney House with four-courses of brunch delights to tempt you, and unbridle your creativity to create an entirely unique, bespoke piece of jewellery (with lots of expert help, of course).

James Cottingham, one of CAST's founders says "CAST events are about being creative alongside great people and within a great venue. The concept is simple – we give you a wax ring mould, and your job is to do the carving/creative genius part. Once carved – we take the waxes away, cast them (see what we did there) and finish each piece by hand in our studio. Your ring is then packaged and delivered within two weeks."

As the CAST guys help us create our masterpieces, we'll be dining on masterpieces of our own. Just look at this French toast...! As always, our four-course brunch menu will be a surprise, but we'll get in touch before the event so you can pick your perfect main course. 

Think apple soaked oats. Maple home-cured streaky bacon. French toast. Cinnamon cream. Toasted sourdough. Slow-roast falling-apart Yorkshire ham. Gently wilted spinach. Poached eggs. Decadent hollandaise...

TO START
Bloody Mary's all around! A gin-spiked-tomato-horseradish-concoction is the only way to start your Sunday! 

BREAKFAST TRIFLE
Breakfast trifle, made with overnight apple soaked oats, homemade Yorkshire rhubarb compote, custard yoghurt and sprinkled with pomegranate seeds and nuts.

MAIN COURSE - a choice of one of the following
1. Eggs Benedict, bubble & squeak topped with Yorkshire slow-roast ham, delicately poached eggs and hollandaise
2. Eggs Florentine, bubble & squeak topped with wilted spinach, delicately poached eggs and hollandaise (V)
3. French toast with maple cured streaky bacon, sticky maple syrup, homemade fruit compote and cinnamon cream
4. French toast with sticky maple syrup, homemade fruit compote and cinnamon cream (V)

PETIT FOURS
Petit fours, treats galore! Think; espresso chocolate truffles, coconut macaroons, blackberry pate de fruits and miniature scones with clotted cream and jam.

We'll provide a selection of fizz and other delights to purchase during the event, handpicked by our wonderful boutique off-license Starmore Boss

We've intentionally limited ticket numbers so you'll get all the support you need from the CAST guys to create your treasure, so snap your tickets up quickly if you'd like to join us...
